Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer.
Locations vary depending on your needs. Options range from: parks, neighborhoods, my home studio or your basement. We work together on mutually agreed upon days, times and locations.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Prefer to workout with others but not a full class? No problem. This type of session can train and motivate up to 4 people. My experience has shown that having others alongside encourages some clients to improve their performance and can be more enjoyable.
BOOT CAMP CLASSES
